Request to Join Workspace
Request to join an existing organization during the onboarding process if you do not have a company email or a manual invitation. Workspace admins will receive a request which they must approve before the team member can join (see: Approving Join Request).
On Mobile (iOS & Android)
Follow these steps to request to join a workspace using the Zenzap mobile app:
Download the Zenzap app.
Complete the onboarding prompts, including adding your phone number and email.
Tap "Join a Workspace" when prompted to choose between "Create a Workspace" or "Join a Workspace."
Select your team’s workspace from the suggestions and submit the join request.
Note: Workspace admins must approve your request before you can join the organization.
On Desktop (Windows, macOS, & Web App)
Follow these steps to request to join a workspace using the Zenzap desktop or web app:
Open the Zenzap app or web portal.
Complete the onboarding prompts, including adding your phone number and email.
Click "Join a Workspace" when prompted to choose between "Create a Workspace" or "Join a Workspace."
Select your team’s workspace from the suggestions and submit the join request.
Note: Workspace admins must approve your request before you can join the organization.
