Request to Join Workspace

Request to join an existing organization during the onboarding process if you do not have a company email or a manual invitation. Workspace admins will receive a request which they must approve before the team member can join (see: Approving Join Request).

On Mobile (iOS & Android)

Follow these steps to request to join a workspace using the Zenzap mobile app:

  1. Download the Zenzap app.

  2. Complete the onboarding prompts, including adding your phone number and email.

  3. Tap "Join a Workspace" when prompted to choose between "Create a Workspace" or "Join a Workspace."

  4. Select your team’s workspace from the suggestions and submit the join request.

Note: Workspace admins must approve your request before you can join the organization.

On Desktop (Windows, macOS, & Web App)

Follow these steps to request to join a workspace using the Zenzap desktop or web app:

  1. Open the Zenzap app or web portal.

  2. Complete the onboarding prompts, including adding your phone number and email.

  3. Click "Join a Workspace" when prompted to choose between "Create a Workspace" or "Join a Workspace."

  4. Select your team’s workspace from the suggestions and submit the join request.

Note: Workspace admins must approve your request before you can join the organization.
