Approving Join Request

Approve new team members who have created an account so they can begin collaborating in your workspace.

Access: Depends on your Admin’s settings.

1. Tap the "Admin" tab.

2. Tap “Requests”.

3. Approve your team members.

1. Click "Zenzap admin" (On Windows & Web app) or "My company" (On macOS) in the menu at the left side.

2. Click “Filter”.

3. Click the "Requests" label under “Status”.

4. Approve your team members.
