Connect Shopify to Zenzap
Connect your Shopify store to Zenzap to receive real-time notifications for new orders, out-of-stock products, and more in dedicated chats.
On Mobile (iOS & Android)
Initial Setup and Authorization
In "Zenzap", go to the "Admin" tab.
Tap "My apps".
Find "Shopify" and tap "Connect".
On the "Shopify" page, tap "Connect" again.
Sign in to your "Shopify" account and select the store you wish to link.
Authorize the connection between "Zenzap" and "Shopify".
Configure Notifications
Once you are redirected back to "Zenzap", choose which notifications you want to receive in dedicated "Zenzap" chats by checking the boxes:
"New product added"
"New order placed"
"Order fulfilled"
"Order cancelled"
"Product out of stock"
"Refund created"
Tap "Continue".
Select the team members you want to add to each notification topic.
Tap "Next" to save your selections.
Tap "Done" to complete the setup.
On Desktop (Windows, macOS & Web App)
Follow these steps to set up "Shopify" and configure your notifications in "Zenzap".
Initial Setup and Authorization
In "Zenzap", click "My apps" in the side menu.
Find "Shopify" and click "Connect".
On the "Shopify" page, click "Connect".
Sign in to your "Shopify" account and select your store.
Authorize the connection between "Zenzap" and "Shopify".
Configure Notifications
Once you are redirected back to "Zenzap", choose which events should trigger a message in your "Zenzap" chats:
"New product added"
"New order placed"
"Order fulfilled"
"Order cancelled"
"Product out of stock"
"Refund created"
Click "Continue".
Select the people you want to include in these notification chats.
Click "Next" to save (or "Skip" to do this later).
Click "Done" to finish.
